Tarot is for everyone! Come explore the visual breadth & depth with reader of 20 years, Christine Malek. We will tap into our imagination & intuition with each class subject to find personal meanings in your specific deck. Please bring at least one tarot deck to work with for your class. You are welcome to bring multiple decks & books if you like. A journal for note taking is highly recommended. Classes are suited for day 1 beginners & experienced readers looking for new perspective. Classes are at The Hive in Centralia, 114 West Pear St. Every Other Thur 6-7p & 7:30-8:30p from July 10th thru Sept 25th. They are $13 each. July 10th 6-7p Intro to Intuitive Tarot- You got a deck but now what? Join us for the basic rundown of a tarot deck’s parts and how to interact with your deck. 7:30- 8:30p Next Steps, Diving Deeper- You have the basics and now it’s time to go a layer deeper to talk about connections, symbols & reading what you see. July 24th 6-7p Tarot’s Major Arcana- Cards 1-21, the Fool to the World. Explore the path of the fool and some of its changes over the years. 7:30- 8:30p Visiting the Minor Arcana- Cups, wands, swords and pentacles. Learn how these suits explain the mundane and daily path we all travel. Aug 7th 6-7p 3 Card Spread- Learn the basic Past/Present/Future reading for yourself and how to ask a good question. 7:30-8:30p Intro Reading Tarot for Stranger- Develop a style and routine for reading others. Discuss how to be grounded and have good boundaries with cards & client Aug 21st 6-7p Elements in Tarot- Fire & Air- Burn & blow, wind and flame where are you in my tarot deck? 7:30- 8:30p Elements in Tarot- Water & Earth- Wash the pebbles downstream and gather them on the beach of your deck. Sept 4th 6-7p Technique- Yes/No Questions- How to start that determination & what to keep in mind. 7:30- 8:30p Reading Cards in Reverse- Where to start and find what works best for you in the moment. Sept 18th 6-7p Technique- Entering a Card- A guided meditation & journaling on a deeper understanding with one Major Arcana Card. 7:30- 8:30p Ace- 10, Numbers in Tarot- What do each of the threes have in common?
